We need, Food, Water and Air.

We need to get rid of carbon dioxide and relace it with oxygen. Our lungs do this job for us. The heart pumps blood, oxygen and nutrients around our body.

The liver is your largest and heaviest internal organ, weighing around 3.5 lb.(1.6 kilos).

It contains 300 billion cells. It aids digestion by helping the absorption of fat and vitamins.

It distributes nutrients in food.
It helps to cleanse the blood by removing toxins

Digestion begins in the mouth. The stomach's main job is to continue this 'softening up' before food passes, bit by bit, into the small intestine, where the main digestive process take place. The task of the stomach is to empty its contents slowly into the small intestine.

So what does the large intestine do to the undigested food? The undigested food enters the large intestine as a liquid paste. In the large intestine water is removed from the liquid paste turning what is left into solid waste The brain is the most complex organ in the human body. It is the control centre of life. It not only affects and governs everything you do, how you think, feel and act, but what kind of person you are.
